British Clothing brand Belstaff partnered with LEGS Media director Geremy Jasper to bring us Outlaws, starring David Beckham, Katherine Waterston, Cathy Moriarty and Harvey Keitel. Executive produced by Liv Tyler, Outlaws was filmed on location in the dusty plains of Mexico and follows the story of The Stranger, a mysterious drifter and motorcycle stuntman played by Beckham, who is haunted by his memories of a beautiful trapeze artist and hunted by a maniacal director seeking revenge.
“I’ve had a long relationship with Belstaff, and a successful one, which I’ve enjoyed,” Beckham said of the project. “They came to me with the idea to do a short film and the idea of working wth Harvey and Katherine – it was a given that we were going to do this.”
Significant Others handled all the post and finishing for the film, which involved a mixture of rig removal, matte painting enhancement and adding additional visual nods to the tone and period of the movie. It premiered at the launch of the Belstaff Outlaws collection at London Fashion Week.
